Shipping & Returns
What is your shipping policy?
If an order is
placed before 12PM (PST), we will ship it out the next business day, or
earlier, if possible. If an order is placed after 12PM (PST), we will ship it
out in two business days, or earlier, if possible. All orders will ONLY be
shipped out if we have received payment. In cases where there are a lot of
pending orders ahead of yours, your shipment may be delayed.
What is your
shipping rate?
Shipping rates are estimated during checkout. After the total weight of your complete order has been confirmed, the shipping charge will be adjusted. Depending on the weight of your order, the shipping charge may be more or less than your estimated quote. If it is more, you must make a payment before the order is shipped out. If it is less, you will be refunded the next day after your order is shipped out.
How can I track a
package?
A shipping confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number once your order has been shipped out.
What is your
shipping policy for 2-Day or 3-Day orders?
2- and 3-day
orders must be made before 12PM (PST) in order to be shipped out that day. If a
2- or 3-day order is placed after 12PM (PST) it will be shipped out the next
business day.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item(s) is
out of stock we will ship all items that are available & ready to ship. For
the items out of stock we will update comment section on order with out of
stock items.
RETURNS
What is your return
policy?
If you wish to
return merchandise for whatever reason, you must send a request to info@gigimoda.com within 10 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the package,
according to the tracking number. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
Your return request
email must include:
- Order number
- Item number:
Quantity & Color
- Reason for
return
- Photos of the
merchandise you wish to return
Once your request
has been approved, a GiGi Moda representative will email our RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) form. You must fill this form out completely and
include in the returned merchandise box.
Merchandise must
be shipped back within 8 DAYS of receiving approval from a GiGi Moda
representative. This means you must ship it out within 2 days via UPS GROUND
(we will be applying the shipping fee only if the package is sent GROUND), we
do not have to receive it within 2 days. If you do not ship within the 2 day
period, your return will be cancelled. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
ALL RETURNED
MERCHANDISE WILL BE GIVEN AS STORE CREDIT.
Merchandise must
be unworn and in original packaging.
Non-defective
merchandise:
There is a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective returned merchandise. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to return merchandise. Refund for non-defective merchandise will be made with store credit.
Most of our products come in natural colors, pigments that are mixed and hand dyed in Italy. The products are exclusively and carefully made in small quantities to ensure the greatest possible treatment of our delicate fabrics and may present differences in color between items from varying orders and shipments, since each batch is one of a kind. Variations in color between items are not considered a defect.
Defective
merchandise:
Shipping fees to
return defective merchandise will be reimbursed ONLY if sent via UPS GROUND.
We will not be responsible for any returned shipping fees if sent via any other
method besides UPS GROUND. Refund for defective merchandise will be made with
store credit.
How do I make an
exchange?
There are no
exchanges.
INTERNATIONAL
ORDERS
We are not able
to provide destination country tax or duty charge. Please check any
restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your
country before you place the order. gigmoda.com will NOT be responsible for any
of the above duties and fees.
If the order
arrives at your country and any of the following occur:
(1) The customer
refuses to accept the package.
(2) No attempt is
made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
gigimoda.com
reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for
any refund.
All payments will be made by PAYPAL. and refunds will be given by STORE CREDIT.
What is your
return policy for international orders?
All refunds will
be given by STORE CREDIT. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

Cancellation
You may cancel
your order as long as your order is still in process. Once your order has been
shipped, you cannot cancel your order.
